de 2019, o Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Amazonas realizou o Curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o e Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de Ouvidores. O evento de responsabilidade da Ouvidoria, contou com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o da Escola de Contas P\u00fablicas, da Rede de Ouvidorias do Amazonas e da OMD Solu\u00e7\u00f5es para Ouvidorias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O curso teve como p\u00fablico-alvo as ouvidorias p\u00fablicas e privadas, prefeituras, c\u00e2maras, autarquias e demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os estaduais e municipais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre os temas abordados, durante o curso, est\u00e3o: hist\u00f3rico, fundamentos e princ\u00edpios da Ouvidoria Brasileira; Contextualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (LAI) \u2013 Lei 12.527\/2011 e da Lei de Defesa do Usu\u00e1rios do Servi\u00e7o P\u00fablico \u2013 Lei 13.460\/2011; \u00c9tica e Cidadania; Media\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos; e Modelo Funcional das Ouvidorias: atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e compet\u00eancias.
