A solenidade foi realizada no Teatro Amazonas, durante a posse do novo presidente desta Corte de Contas, o conselheiro Mario de Mello.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Essa \u00e9 a terceira gest\u00e3o do conselheiro \u00c9rico Desterro \u00e0 frente da Ouvidoria, que foi reempossado ap\u00f3s coorden\u00e1-la durante o atual o bi\u00eanio, 2018\/2019. Nos \u00faltimos dois anos, a Ouvidoria desenvolveu novas a\u00e7\u00f5es, como o programa Rodas de Cidadania, a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Carta de Servi\u00e7os, o Curso de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Ouvidores, o projeto Ouvidoria nas Escolas, al\u00e9m de dar continuidade \u00e0s atividades como o Simp\u00f3sio Nacional de Ouvidorias, e aperfei\u00e7oar iniciativas, em parceria com outros setores do Tribunal, por exemplo, com a Escola de Contas P\u00fablicas, no Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Agentes de Controle Social (Profac).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A Ouvidoria, atrav\u00e9s dessas a\u00e7\u00f5es, teve como objetivo aproximar-se do cidad\u00e3o. Perguntado sobre a rela\u00e7\u00e3o do Tribunal com a sociedade, o conselheiro \u00c9rico avaliou de forma positiva esse contato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cA Ouvidoria, nesses dois \u00faltimos anos, saiu de uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o mais passiva, de apenas receber, e passou a ter uma atividade, no sentido de buscar o di\u00e1logo com os interessados. Fomos a v\u00e1rios munic\u00edpios do interior do Estado, onde tivemos a oportunidade de interagir com aquelas pessoas e mostrar como a Ouvidoria pode ser um bom canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o deles [cidad\u00e3os] com o Tribunal de Contas\u201d, destacou o conselheiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Para a novo bi\u00eanio, a Ouvidoria pretende aprimorar suas atividades, tendo em vista sua principal fun\u00e7\u00e3o, ser o canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do TCE com o cidad\u00e3o, como tamb\u00e9m \u201cTentar dar uma reposta mais efetiva ao jurisdicionado, e n\u00e3o ser apenas um canal entre o jurisdicionado e o Tribunal, mas, tamb\u00e9m, ser um lugar de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o das demandas, naquilo que for poss\u00edvel a Ouvidoria adiantar essa resolu\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, de acordo com o conselheiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Texto: Giovana Airon<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na manh\u00e3 da \u00faltima segunda-feira, 16 de dezembro, o conselheiro \u00c9rico Xavier Desterro e Silva, foi empossado como conselheiro-ouvidor do Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Amazonas (TCE-AM) para o bi\u00eanio 2020\/2021.
