As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o abertas para as 100 vagas ofertadas pelo curso, e podem ser feitas pelo site da Escola de Contas P\u00fablicas (ecp.tce.am.gov.br). O p\u00fablico-alvo s\u00e3o as ouvidorias p\u00fablicas e privadas, prefeituras, c\u00e2maras, autarquias e demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os estaduais e municipais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">No conte\u00fado program\u00e1tico, ter\u00e1 fundamentos e princ\u00edpios da Ouvidoria Brasileira; A lei de Defesa do usu\u00e1rio do Servi\u00e7o P\u00fablico \u2013 Lei 13.460 \/ 2017; Compet\u00eancias do Ouvidor; Media\u00e7\u00e3o e Conflitos; \u00c9tica e Cidadania; e Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">O curso ser\u00e1 realizado pela Ouvidoria Geral do TCE-AM, que tem como ouvidor-geral, o conselheiro \u00c9rico Xavier Desterro e Silva, juntamente com a Rede de Ouvidorias do Amazonas e a Escola de Contas P\u00fablicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Inscri\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Para participar, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio fazer duas inscri\u00e7\u00f5es.
